General Information

BBQ Information All BBQ's are served on high quality disposable dishware. Allow one hour service time for BBQ's and two hours for clam bakes. BBQ menu prices are based on 50 people. Our minimum is 25 people, please add $.50 per person if under 50 people.

Delays on Serving Time Our events are delicately timed to give you and our other cusomers the highest quality food. Any delays on scheduled serving time will be charged $68.00 per half hour.

Pricing All menus are priced per person unless stated. Add 5% meals tax to all prices. Add 17% set up and administrative fee to full service parties. Drop off and pick up items will be charged meals tax only plus any applicable delivery fees.

Deposits A deposit is required on all scheduled events. Events will not be locked in without a deposit, excluding drop offs and pick ups under $500.00.

Payments All final head counts and payments on full service events are due 10 days prior to your event unless other arrangements are made. All final payments exceeding $1000.00 must be cash, money order or certified bank check. Any job exceeding $5000.00 will be required to make a deposit, then half of balance 3 weeks prior to function.

Delivery Any drop offs within 20 miles exceeding $100.00 will not be charged a fee. Under $100.00 or over 20 miles, fees will apply. Full service customers out of range will be charged a fee.

What's the difference between Drop off, Pick up and Full service?
Drop off: All foods are prepared and fully cooked/served in aluminum pans and disposable trays, ready to re-heat and serve and delivered to your location.
Pick up: Same as drop off, only the customer picks up the food at our location.
Full service: Our staff comes to your location sets up your buffet, brings food hot, dishes, condiments and utensils, replenishes buffet as need, and clean up.

Where do we go? We can offer services at your home, office, company event, VFW, clubs and outdoor gatherings.

Waitstaff / Bartenders / Chefs We can supply you with trained professional staff. A minimum of four hours apply and require advance notice for addtional help. Wait staff $25/hour. Function coordinators, chefs, and bartenders at $29/hour

Rentals Chef on Wheels and Sushine tent has teamed up to supply you with all your party needs. Let us take care of all your rentals; from tents and grills to china and linens.

Other services Chef on Wheels also offers Personal Chef Service, Party and Wedding Coordinators, Event Concession and Vending.
